We provide safe pre-processing services from discharge to collection and purchase, as well as the supply of cells and jelly rolls.
SERVICE 01
Discharge Service
Discharging is required to recycle waste ESS batteries, EV batteries, and cell scrap. Engineers with specialized discharge expertise completely discharge waste ESS batteries, EV batteries, and cell scrap. Once fully discharged, the risk of explosion from impacts such as cutting or drilling is significantly reduced. This also lowers the risk of accidents during crushing and helps reduce safety management costs in the post-processing stage.
Discharge Service: Waste ESS batteries, EV batteries, and cell scrap are completely discharged and returned in a fully deactivated state.
On-site Discharge Service: Engineers are dispatched to the site to discharge and disassemble waste ESS batteries, EV batteries, and cell scrap, and provide the material in jelly roll form.
In-house Processing: Waste ESS batteries, EV batteries, and cell scrap are received at our facility, discharged and disassembled, and then supplied in jelly roll form.
SERVICE 02
Collection and Purchase of Used Batteries
We collect and purchase secondary batteries such as waste ESS batteries, EV batteries, and cell scrap. This service is suitable for companies without permits for used-battery reuse or recycling, companies that do not perform pre-processing due to battery safety concerns, and companies seeking to reduce storage costs for used-battery waste. We continuously collect and purchase waste ESS batteries, EV batteries, and cell scrap.
Purchased waste ESS batteries, EV batteries, and cell scrap undergo a safe discharge and disassembly process and are extracted in jelly roll form. The extracted jelly rolls are sold to customers seeking to recycle used batteries, including post-processing companies.

Cell Supply
After safely discharging the used battery, the case is disassembled through an automated process. The case and cells are separated and sorted individually. The extracted cells are then sold to customers seeking to recycle used batteries, including post-processing companies.

Jelly Roll Supply
After safely discharging the used battery, the case is disassembled through an automated process. The case and cells are separated, and the jelly roll is then extracted from each cell and sorted separately. The final jelly rolls are sold to customers seeking to recycle used batteries, including post-processing companies.
